A. a 3:1 genotypic ratio and all offspring have the dominant phenotype.
B.   a 1:1 phenotypic ratio where half the offspring have the recessive phenotype.
C.   a 9:3:3:1 genotypic ratio where all offspring have the recessive phenotype.
D.   a 3:1 phenotypic ratio and a 1:2:1 genotypic ratio.  

E.   none of these is the expected outcome of a monohybrid cross.

The answer is not E, as someone suggested. A monohybrid is between two HYBRIDS (that is an organism with a version of each allele- a heterozygote.)
