I forgot how to tell if a bond is polar or non polar. Does it have something to do with the uneven sharing of electrons? Thanks

A bond is polar if there is uneven sharing of electrons
so one atom can have a stronger "pull" on the electrons
so that would make it slightly more negative than the other
atom
