The mother has A+, the father has A-...what are the blood type possibilities for children including the rh factor?

My parents had exactly that, but reversed. I'm A +, as is my sister, though my brother is A -.

I don't know much about the rh factor, my apologies. I can tell you, though, that my mother had A - and had to take a specific drug so her immune system wouldn't devour me prior to birth. I think that is in someway related to the rh factor, if that helps at all.

Rh + is dominant, - is recessive; the A blood type can be either homozygous or heterozygous (its multiple allelles), so babies could be O+ or O-, A+ or A-.

Either A or O, + or minus. The probablities of each depend on the exact genetic makeup of each parent, but A+ is most likely, and O- is least likely.
