also if you turn on a  light bulb so small in nano with the same amount of zeros in light speed  x 100 would it take 100 years for light to reach us or does it happen instantly?

Light, to our knowledge, does not "feel" anything.

However, if it could, we figure that a photon leaving the surface of a star and traveling through a vacuum, would take a time of "zero" (in its frame of reference) to reach your eye.  Therefore, from its point of view, it left the star at the exact moment that your eye was in contact with the star...

A time interval of zero, at a finite speed, means a distance of zero.

if you were traveling at the speed of light you would feel as if everything were moving normally, but the things not moving at light speed would be aging a lot faster.

Good question ,if time does have a effect on light from speed we do not know yet, in the second question we would see the light right away ,laws of physics do not apply in the quantum world

again and again , time has nothing to do with light speed , or with clocks , or with polar bears , I can say that time is a solid state being/thing , nothing and no one can ever manipulate it .

just because traveling with the speed of light enables us to travel through time , that doesn't mean we can manipulate time

read this please to understand that time "traveling" has nothing to do with time "manipulating" , there is a very big difference .

There are only two things in the universe which do not experience the passage of events - photons and absolute zero.

"....a light bulb so small in nano with the same amount of zeros in light speed x 100"

Was that a question, or a random distribution of words followed by a number?

when u create tiny bulb the speed of light will be the same but the light it will give is very hard to see
