A difference between a bond and a stock is
A) a bond can be used by a corporation to raise financial capital but issuing new shares of stock does not raise financial capital.
B) a bond is issued by sole proprietorships but stock is issued by corporations.
C) with a bond there is a promise the firm will repay the money but with a stock there is no promise.
D) a bond does not pay any interest but a stock does pay interest.
