Active Transport has to do with using energy to transport molecules and occurs through channels, not vesicles.

Phagocytosis and endocytosis are vesicle mediated transport directed into a cell.

Exocytosis is the release of the contents of a cell vacuole to the exterior.

It can't be active transport because active transport refers to the cell taking substances in. Neither can it be Phagocytosis because it refers to a cell taking in bacteria and other small particles.
Endocytosis is the taking in of matter by a living cell by enclosing it in a vacuole.

Therefore, the answer is B. (:
