Due to periodontitis over 10 years, one teeth is loose because supporting gum is soft and little.  Recently (within 3 past weeks), I feel the teeth become looser.

I have checked with dentist, without any inflammation. Is there any approach to make gum growth again?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

The tenderness is caused by infection. You're likely to lose the tooth in the process. Untreated gingivitis creates pockets of plaque, tartar and bacteria between your teeth and gums. This spreads infection below the gums, eventually causing bone and tissue loss.

No idea how you'd reverse the process, but brushing 3 times daily + flossing minimizes the issue in the future.

Once the tooth is extracted, I would like to know on what I should do with the missing teeth, which locate on the last one.  If I leave the empty space alone,  what problem I would get in future?

Dentures vs Implant teeth? what is the Pros and Cons?

Do you have any suggestions?

No, but as mentioned in another thread, it might causes the remaining teeth to separate, also might cause adjacent teeth from getting infected.
