3. Risk for Injury Related to Suicidal Ideas.

3 Rightwards Arrow The priority for a child with bipolar disorder and suicidal ideas is safety. Risk for Injury would be the nursing diagnosis that would address safety for the child. The other diagnoses have a lower priority.
