Technically, a vestigial organ is an organ that served a purpose in one of our biological ancestors, but no longer serves that purpose in humans.

There's debate over whether the four organs you listed are truly vestigal, or whether they're simply parts of our immune and digestive system that are useful but not essential.

Two structures that most scientists agree are vestigal are our erector pili muscles - which give us goosebumps - and our tailbones.

Vestigial organs as you said are the ones that have slowly lost most of their purpose in humans. Some extra ones are coccyx (tail bone), little toe, thymus, and parathyroid.
