In DNA replication, we need to start with a primer, which is of RNA sequences. After removing of the first primer on leading strand, wad process and with which enzymes are going to to fill up the missing parts in front... a 3' to 5' polymerase?

The primer is removed by DNA polymerase I and then DNA polymerase III fills in the missing parts. An enzyme called ligase then "glues" together the nicks to make a complete strand.
