Dendrotoxins are inhibitors of the voltage-gated K+ channels produced by the mamba snake. What affect would this toxin have on :

1.Action potential phase?
2. Ion permeability during that phase?
3. Ion movement during that phase?

It has something to do with the no Action potential, the ion gate not openig?? Not sure!? Can you help!!! thank you!!!
