Currently  preparing for NET and recently received a good opportunity for a Rnd  position in a  good company specializing in niche products.I was wondering if i could take this opportunity or to pursue my PhD.Would the 5 years of experience as a MSc Biotechnologist be worth more than the 5 years utilized in pursuing PhD?Or does having a PhD help overtake a  experienced MSc Biotechlogist in say,10 years?

Having a PhD will open up many doors in the field that you're specializing in, no doubt about that. While pursuing your PhD, you could work in a related field, which assists in your lively income. Personally, I'd say it's worth to do, but your position as a biotechnologist could get your ahead in the workforce - think of it as a 5 year head start.
