Which is FALSE regarding the electoral college?
A) The electors themselves are selected by state parties.
B) Electors can vote for whomever they want, regardless of how their state's voters voted.

D) In most states ALL the electors vote for whomever won the most votes in their state, even if that wasn't a majority.
