#1   what is the %  of aspirin ionized to [A-] at pH = 7

I have no idea how to set this problem up ?

 I said  [A-] / [HA] = 10^(pH - pKa) so then I did [A-] / [HA] = 10^(7 - 3.5) = 3.1 x 10^3  but I have no idea if that's right. I googled the pKa of aspirin and got 3.5.

#2   the structure of alanine 3HN(+)-C-CO2H at it would exist at pH=2, draw the structure as it would predominantly exist @ pH=7.0
