Secretion of blood type antigens is a simple Mendelian inheritance pattern due to a Dominant Se and a recessive se allele.

Most of the information in the two genotypes you stated do not matter. What is important is the Se/se alleles.
Both parents appear to be heterozygotes (Se se) so the possible genotypes of their offspring are SeSe: Sese:sese in the ratios 1:2:1.

Since Secretor status is dominant SeSe and Sese both show the dominant phenotype. Therefore the ratio of secretors to non-secretors from this mating should be 3:1
