If a titration is carried out of 25cm^3 of NaOH with HCl.
Assuming the NaOH to be 0.1047 moldm^-3, Calculate the concentration of the HCl.

Your question doesn't make sense.  You give the quantity and concentration of sodium hydroxide solution, but to answer your question I would need to know the quantity of HCl solution used.

The question is also very strange.  When carrying out titrations it is usual to know the concentration of the solution in the burette, often N/1 or N/10, and calculate the concentration of the solution measured into the flask.
