80 year old male with right knee replacement (one week post op)
PMH:  Diabetes, Hypertension, Osteoarthritis
Staples in place, site open to air, +2 edema in right leg
Presently taking:
Coumadin  5 mg OD
Tramadol  HCL  50mg OD
Percocet  5/325mg  1-2 tabs q. 3-4 hours prn for severe pain
Glyburide-Metformin  HCL  2.5mg/500mg 1 BID
Labetalol HCL 200mg 1 BID
Allopurinol 100mg OD

PT/INR drawn twice a week

Ambulates with walker
