Recent health care system require reform in many ways. Now a days there is uncontrolled healthcare cost.This is one of the important problem in health care . Expanses of medication is huge in U.S which is not affordable by normal people .So these matters has to be taken care off. Dr. Whiteman has some suggestion about this problem for curbing increasing health care burden on normal people .There is urgent need for reform . Consumer direct healthcare is taken in discussion . There is also provision that patient will not utilize over health care payment. There is objection in third party payment which are in provision in many health care polices . Single payer system is considered better than multi payer system.
