I am looking for the lab solutions/answers for PhysioEX 8.0  - Exercise 12 Serological Testing  - attached is the file for the Excercise.  Any assistance is appreciated.  Thanks. Confounded Face

1. Describe the importance of the washing steps in the direct antibody fluorescence test.
The washing was important to remove any non specific binding that had happened.
