I know for recessive they skip generations.  So for recessive there will be generations that don't have an affected individual. I know for autosomal recessive, there equal numbers of male and female individuals affected.  Can someone explain to me what are the different pedigree patters of autosomal recessive, autosomal dominant, x-linked recessive, x-linked dominant, and y-linked?
