Color blindness is a recessive X-linked genetic disease. What are the predicted phenotypes of children from a union of a woman who is heterozygous for color blindness and a man who is not color blind?
  
   A) 100% color blind
  
   B) 100% normal
  
   C) 50% color blind, 50% normal
  
   D) 75% color blind, 25 % normal
  
   E) 25 % color blind, 75% normal

B, since it is a recessive trait, both parents would have to carry it. Since the dad is not color blind then non of his kids will be color blind since both recessive x's need to be present for a child to have color blindness.
