Drugs that mimic adrenocorticotropin hormone (Acthar and Cosyntropin) are labeled by the FDS for use in diagnostic testing of adrenal insufficiency, but the package insert lists a variety of other diseased and disorders for which it may be used (MS axacerbtions, RA, allergic conjunctivitis, palliative management of adult leukemia and ulcerative colitis)... and stress that patients should preferable be3 treated with corticosteroids. True or False
