The hydrate has a molecular weight of 249.68 g/mol and the anhydrous form has a molecular weight 159.61 g/mol. Divide by 249.68 to find the number of moles. Then multiply by 159.61 to get the mass of the anhydrous salt. You can do this directly because the hydrate converts the the anhydrous salt in a one to one ratio 1 hydrate -> 1 anhydrous + 5 h2o.
