Can anyone explain. Describe the significance of using 9mM sodium chloride inside the cell and 6 mM potassium chloride outside the cell instead of other concentration ratios.

The two ions work together along with ATP to move Na and K in and out of cell.

It also an active transport, hence ATP was involve in this process of moving Na+/K+ in and out of cell.
