1 -- The nurse is attempting to obtain information about the patients self-perception and self-concept . Addressing the psychosocial needs of the patient is instrumental in the overall health management process. Role-relationships relate to how having a musculoskeletal conditions affects relationships with others. Coping-stress relates to how the condition creates stress for the patient. Value-belief relates to how relationships or activities help to cope with the problem.
