Neuromuscular blocking  agents have no effect on consciousness, therefore, the paramedic should:
a.   Administer following a sedative/hypnotic
b.   Only utilize neuromuscular blockers when a patient has lost consciousness
c.   Remember to utilize only small amounts of the neuromuscular blocker if necessary
