It is inversion. It cant be deletion because its obvious. Translocation (and reciprocal translocation) is alwayws between 2 chromosomes' exchange of parts (synapsis) non-disjunction is totally different idea here the chromosome doesnt seperate into its to chromatins and end up in the same daughter cell.
There is no name to this type of chromosomal abnormality because it usually does not cause an abnormality.
