Hi Prof Linda,

Given your credential as a teacher, have you tried contacting the publisher, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins?

In 2014, I contacted them for some downloadable textbook material and they helped me out

In the meantime, I'll keep looking to see if I could get some material for you
