Do you think it matters that some people have implicit biases against certain groups if those people never express their biases explicitly?

Bias refer to inclination towards a particular person or group based on certain personal criteria. Implicit bias refer to biasedness formed at the subconscious level, which is primarily based on a person's upbringing and has been strongly implanted within him or her. For example a person's fear towards love marriage might be considered as implicit bias, as during her childhood she had seen many love marraiges to fail in the long run. Whereas, explicit bais refer to biasedness formed at conscious level, and is primarily influenced by a person's judgemental capacity and prudency in general. So, the explicit bias in the context may be whatever be the outcome, one should go for love marraige only.
