PH=6.98. Mix 25ml of 0.1M NaH2PO4 and 25ml of 0.1M Na2HPO4 and dilute with water in a 250ml Volumetric flask.

pH = pKa + log([NaH2PO4]/[Na2HPO4])
The same volumes of the same concentrations have been added, so [NaH2PO4] = [Na2HPO4], so [NaH2PO4] / [Na2HPO4] = 1, and log(1) = 0. Therefore pKa = pH, and threrefore pKa of H2PO4- is 6.98.
