What is the difference in mass (expressed in Daltons) between two DNA molecules of 1000 base pairs in length
and 40% G -C content, containing either nitrogen isotope 15^N or 14^N isotopes.

This is for my Eukaryote bio class but its more of a biochem question in my opinion.

I'm not sure where to start.

If 40% are G-C, then 60% are A-T (400 and 600, respectively).
