Indicators can be interchanged with one another because:
a.   by definition all indicators follow the same level of measurement.
b.   indicators are the same as the “real” definition of a concept.
c.   all indicators are standardized to be rated from 1 to 5.
d.   if indicators measure the same concept, the results should be the same.
e.   indicators are not interchangeable.
