I think it's just an advertisement. Any casino wants to have a big flow of players competing with each other. I don't pay attention to the noisy ads from different casinos. Since I play online casinos, I try to study only verified information. To find verified information I use a resource  that has information about online casinos with €50 bonus without deposit 2020. Using this site I do not worry about the quality and safety of the casino, as it was checked by experienced specialists. The gambling industry is very extensive and constantly evolving.
