a.   is conducted at the beginning and the end of the process instead of only at the terminal point.
b.   can be done at any point of the program or community development process.
c.   is carried out at regular intervals as the project progresses instead of after the activity is completed.
d.   is completed before the start and after the beginning of the project instead of at the end.
e.   can be done towards the middle portion of the project instead of at the termination point.
