c
Correct: Two methods of coping are reported by some researchers. Those that aim to reduce the impact from the source of stress are called problem-focused coping strategies. By focusing on the test itself, and how she can schedule her time to prepare for it, Omarrah is focusing on the source of stress, and therefore using problem-focused coping.
