For boiling water processing of pickles immerse the jars in
a. 60˚C water, top with boiling water and maintain a temperature of 85˚C for 30 minutes.
b.  an 85˚C water bath and maintain the temperature for 10 minutes.
c. a boiling water , cover with a lid and maintain a temperature of 87˚C for 30 minutes.
d. a 60˚C water bath, bring rapidly to a boil and boil for the prescribed time.
