Pedigree 3 from Part A is shown below. Recall that this pedigree shows the inheritance of a rare, autosomal recessive condition.

Note that individual II-3 has no family history of this rare condition.

Fill in the genotypes for the indicated individuals in the pedigree by dragging the best label to the appropriate location. Labels can be used once, more than once, or not at all.

Genetics and the molecular biology of albinism. In the pedigree, parents heterozygous for the recessive albinism allele produce three A/– progeny, who have melanin in their cells, and one a/a male, who is albino

You'll need to provide a diagram if you need more help.
Would you know my name, if I saw you in heaven?

OK then, thanks.

Based on the diagram:

Top right (full square) - D- (female is dd, produces affected son (4) = Dd (father could be DD or Dd)

middle (full circle) - Dd (one d from mom, one D from dad)

middle (open square) - dd (has to be, to produce affected son (3) = Dd

right (full square) - Dd (see above)

bottom (open square) - dd

bottom (full square) - Dd

bottom (open circle) - dd (just like F1 generation mother)

This answer in for the wrong part of the problem . The original problem that was asked to be answered was: Pedigree 3 from Part A is shown below.

Instead the answers given were for a different part of the problem. Part B Pedigree 2 from Part A is shown below. Recall that this pedigree shows the inheritance of a rare, autosomal dominant condition.Fill in the genotypes for the indicated individuals in the pedigree by dragging the best label to the appropriate location. Labels can be used once, more than once, or not at all.

This is why the problem has been asked several times on your forum and its frustrating because all the thread link back to this one.
