, write 300–500 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Be substantive and clear, and use examples from resources to reinforce your ideas.

Review the following articles and video:

Ethics Article 1
Ethics Article 2
Ethics Video
Answer the following questions regarding what you just read and watched:

Explain why Aaron Feuerstein felt his decisions were necessary for his company and for his employees.
Discuss the pros and cons of Aaron Feuerstein's decision making, and explain if or how you would have handled his situation differently if you were in his shoes.
Apply virtue ethics and corporate social responsibility to his situation.
A minimum of 1 reference should be used to reinforce your thoughts. Be sure to include it both as an in-text citation and on your reference list.

Here are the links for the two ethics articles and videos

HI Smiling Face with Open Mouth

Here's a draft I've put together for you

Oppose to sending his employees out to the unemployment line Feuerstein felt it was more ethical to provide for his employees while the facility was getting rebuilt. He could have handled things differently such as cashed in on fire insurance payment and easily forgetten about everything else. The pro to this situation is most companies or business owners would agree that your employees are your best assest in your company.Good ethics and good treatment of employees is without a doubt a value added to business and will contribute to the succes of the company.

The cons to this situation is it cost him a lot of money to support his employees. 300 million insurance settlement and 100 million dollar loan.

I would do things differently. Probably wouldn't fund them but I would offer a great deal of resources to them.I wouldn't let any of them suffer greatly such as the lost of home. I would do my best to help. The downside would be many of the employees might not return due to fact of finding other jobs.
Ask another question, I may be able to help!
