A) Interpersonal skills help a manager develop trust and loyalty with employees and can motivate the employees to perform better. It is increasingly important for managers to recognize the different cultures and backgrounds of employees in an organization. Sally is making an important step toward communicating better with her employees and acknowledging their cultural differences.
