Molar mass of methanol, CH3OH = 12+3+16+1 = 32g/mol
Moles in 2.50g of methanol, CH3OH = 2.5g/32g/mol = 0.078125mol
The molar enthalpy of combustion for methanol = 47.5kJ/0.078125mol = 608kJ/mol

If you are satisfied with the answer, please mark it solved.

It is methanal not methanol. the answer is -570.57 kJ because it is being transferred to the water.
