Primers need to be in excess to the template DNA. Calculate the molar concentration ratio of template to primer?

DNA template    (50ng/ul)         1ul
Primer S361(+)  (125ng/ul)        1ul
Primer S361(-)   (125ng/ul)        1ul

dNTPs 6ul, 10Xbuffer 5ul, DNA polymerase 1ul.

filled with H2O (final volume 50ul)

The template DNA has been diluted 1:4 from a stock solution of 200 ng/ul; and the primers have been diluted 1:8 from stock solution of 1000 ng/ul.

Never done this problem before, but I did a search for you and perhaps these sources could help...
