I want to find an equation between the Wavelength and the corresponding Iradiance for the Black Body radiation, mathematically or using a computer program like MatLab, Mathematica ............. ?

Neither Matlab nor Mathematica can do that. These programs can only manipulate equations you already know.

The equation for black body radiation was not found by fitting experimental data to some arbitrary equation. That is not how physics works. If you want to understand black body radiation, you need to learn how it can be derived in theoretical physics from fundamental assumptions:

if you have experimental data and want to fit it to a model that doesn't exist then statistical software helps. consultant statisticians get paid big bucks to do this.

if the equation already has been determined and you just want to see how closely your experiemntal data fits it then plotting the predicted by actual will give you an idea of measurement error
