It's so sexy it must have a sexy name!

(not on skeletal base, I think something with ....-delta)
To be more precise; I mean the triangular shape that is formed in between both "Musculus sternocleidomastoideus" (nodding muscles) provided there is not too much fat. -> Trapezius Delta would sound fairly kinky but I think it refers to the back, whereas I'm speaking of the front view. Maybe it doesn't have it's own medical name since it refers to something in between, but I've read it before in German, and it could also stem from literature.

The muscles which cause this triangle type effect above the shoulders are called the trapezius muscles. Not as sexy as you might have imagined....  The xiphoid process is below the sternum and has nothing to do with the neck.
