I know the general differences, but i cannot decide which one to chose to study. I would like to know what each of them focuses mostly on. Of course pharmacy focuses on development of drugs, but what about biomedical science, how do they differ? And biotechnologists, do they mainly work in food industries?

They are all relatively similar.

Biomedical science is very broad and concerns anything to do with the human body. So, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, genetics, biochemistry etc. You'll probably do a mix of these subjects. At my school you pick your own area of interest specifically, but you just learn about how the body works basically from cellular to anatomical level.

Pharmacy is just drug design and it is very heavy in subjects like chemistry, biochemistry and a little human physiology.

Biotechnology again, is very broad. It's like biomedical science but the focus isn't just on the medical side of things. You tend to do more bioinformatics, genetics, molecular biology and microbiology as well in this area.

Food industries do need biotechnologists, so there are quite a few in the area. But you can also specialise in plants and environmental work or even something closer to medical science (for example, work in hospitals doing lab work). It depends on what you're interested in mainly. You should contact the school you're interested in or get a hold of the required course list for each major and pick from that. Feel free to e-mail me for more info.
Good luck!
