I think I may be able to mediate in the situation one of our board members is currently in with regard to not receiving a purchase from him.
If the board member wants my help and I email student.plus and do not get a reply back from him regarding the purchase in question I will have to agree with your statement. She purchased the testbanks from me and i emailed them, and AFTER i emailed them, I receive this email from paypal saying that they're putting up a claim because they believe that the account was hacked. Poop :/ no money for me, and free testbanks for whoever hacked the account.... or maybe its not hacked and paypal is just stupid.

I ran into issues with a potential purchase and found out both their Paypal accounts have been suspended. I called Paypal and the nice lady I spoke to, after some sucking up and persistence, looked up their accounts and stated there had been some fraudulant issues. I'm pissed off right now. yessiiex3 If I were you, I wouldn't give a single sample. I've posted tons of samples on this website, so all you have to do is redirect them to those posts. Personally, I don't mind sending all those customers back your way whenever they ask for more "free" samples. Think about it this way, if you're interested in a car for example, your gonna want that car regardless of the amounts of test drives are allowed. You don't get a weeks worth of test drives. In the beginning, when I was trading with this person, all went well and he seemed to be reliable. When he wanted to trade with me the second time, he sent me a list of the 10 Nursing test banks he wanted from my list. I then sent him a list of everything I wanted for those 10 test banks. I trusted him and sent him all 10 Nursing Test Banks he asked for!!! I waited for ONE WHOLE WEEK and I didn't receive a single one from him!!! Buyers and traders BEWARE!!! From what I was told, the test bank was the 2nd Edition, but anyways, that's WRONG! She already had the 1st Edition. This person then asked for one of my other test banks, so I sent it. Then, I received the test bank I asked for. Infact, this person sent me the older 9th Edition Test Bank and the newer 10th Edition Test Bank. So, I guess this person is NOT a scammer. His feedback is zero and he is scamming with the paypal gift scam! Just in case you didn't realize this, it is a trend that is getting more and more popular with legit and bad sellers. I was almost scammed by a person on here who insisted I pay for goods via Paypal and send the payment "as a gift". Even if you trust the seller, * * DO NOT * * Do this ! ! The sellers only save a few cents in fees (fees are passed to you), but most important is that you WILL NOT be eligible for "Paypal buyer protection" and if anything happens you will NOT be able to get a refund or open a claim against the seller. This is a way for bad sellers to protect their Paypal accounts from getting shut down or funds seized. Paypay would have charged this guy 95 cents in fees, and he replied to me that if I I send it as a regular purchase I had to add $5, therefore proved himself a thief and a scammer and I will not be doing business with him - EVER.
