Sorry, major upgrades have been made with the website's internal servers. Let me know what username you registered with and I'll activate you manually.

There should be a linked that says something along the lines of "Activation Email". Click it.

I got a weird error message when I tried to register.  When I went back through the process, it said I could register twice from the same computer.  But my username and password and my email is not recognized in your system.  What should I do?

Did you use a Microsoft-based email address? If so, there is a disclaimer stating they don't work for the time being.

Sometimes using another browser + another email + another username works best.

I subscribed yesterday but still can't download. I see it's pending. After looking through Paypal, I think what happened is it defaulted my payment as a bank check or something like that. Anyone know how long that usually takes to clear?
