Hey there again,
This is (F.L.A.M.E.R), the marketing representative from SMF who had asked you to contact me in regards to an issue on your forum.

Thank you for getting back to me in regards to the post I made here: biology-forums.com/index.php?topic=17286.msg81278#msg81278

However, after explaining the problem to the respective user on SMF, there hasn't been any response or discussion regarding the issue.

Please get back to me ASAP. It has been long overdue and the issue needs to resolved.
