For example, parents at soccer games are often known to make vociferous protests when they think the referee has made bad call.

Someone who is vociferous shouts loudly and insistently. Clubs usually draw vociferous crowds whose noisy din at times make it hard to hear music. And as at any rocky concert, there are vociferous objections when the music ends.
