can anyone help me interpret this chart?! for example if i did a gram stain and i had gram positive rods, i would go over to the gram positive chart out of the 2 charts attached, then i would do a catalase test correct? suppose the catalase test was positive and bubbles formed. then i would do a test for endospores, if that was negative then i do an acid from glucose test. if that is positive then you have corynebacterium xerosis? please tell me if this is correct, thanks..
