Are prostaglandins vasoconstrictor or vasodilator for blood vessels in humans? Or it shows both effects?

I'm confused after I have recently read some books  Confounded Face
Thank you in advance

Prostaglandins work by binding to G-protein-coupled transmembrane receptors to activate intracellular signaling pathways.
